Apartments

Spacious and bright apartments are a major highlight of Mill Gardens. Our floor plans allow for plenty of our residents' favorite furniture and the ability to customize an arrangement that works for best for them. Each apartment includes a well-sized living area, kitchenette with appliances & cabinet space, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bench seating & extra storage. Closets, large windows, and safety features are also included in all apartment sizes.

Standard & Deluxe Studios

Our studio layouts provide unexpected potential in their open-concept living space. Creative furniture placement and interior design can even create separate areas for different activities--and our experienced admissions and maintenance team is happy to provide suggestions to get your creative juices flowing.

One-Bedroom Suites

Our One-Bedroom Suites provide the optimal square footage for residents to call their own. In addition to the spacious living area and amenities found in our studios, these suites include the added benefit of a separate private bedroom with additional closet space and individualized heating and cooling for each area.
